Demand
Almost every company that asks us for more traffic is already sitting on several thousand contacts it has never worked. The cheapest revenue in the business is usually the revenue it already paid for once.
You are probably reading this because:
There are 5,000+ contacts in the CRM and no one can say when they were last spoken to.
Acquisition cost keeps climbing and the answer is always a bigger budget.
Someone exported the base to a spreadsheet in 2023 and that export is now the base.
Customers who bought twice and then stopped are indistinguishable from people who never bought at all.
- 01
Reading the base honestly
Deduplication, validity, consent status, and segmentation by what people actually did rather than by what tag someone applied. Most bases are a third smaller and twice as useful than they look.
- 02
Deciding what is worth saying
A reactivation campaign fails when it has nothing to say. We work out what changed since these contacts went quiet — a product, a price, a problem you now solve — because that is the only honest reason to write to someone.
- 03
Sequenced re-engagement
Across the channels the contact actually uses: email, WhatsApp, Telegram, calls. Sequenced, measured per segment, and stopped where it is not working instead of being run to completion.
- 04
Fixing the process the base fell out of
Reactivation that is not followed by a working process just produces a second dormant base in eighteen months. The campaign pays for the repair; the repair is the point.
- 01
A cleaned, deduplicated, consent-checked base with real segments
- 02
A reactivation programme with the message, the sequence and the channel per segment
- 03
Revenue attributed to the base rather than to the campaign that touched it last
- 04
The retention process that keeps the next cohort from going quiet
Invariant
Traffic is the last thing to buy, not the first.
- Our base is old. Is it worth anything?
- Usually more than the next month of ad spend, and you find out cheaply. The diagnostic on an existing base takes days, not weeks, and it tells you the size of the opportunity before you commit to a campaign.
- Is this legal under UAE and GDPR rules?
- Consent status is part of the first pass precisely because it decides what may be sent and to whom. Contacts without a lawful basis are excluded rather than quietly included.
- How is this different from an email agency?
- An email agency sends to the base you hand over. We treat the state of the base and the process that produced it as the actual engagement, and the sending as the smallest part of it.
