Network infrastructure

Our own network, sold through a bot

A VPN service on infrastructure we run ourselves, with nodes in the UAE and Russia. Signup, payment, key delivery and support all happen inside Telegram — there is no app to install and no account to create.

01/The problem

Consumer VPN signup is a five-step funnel: site, account, payment, app store, configuration. Each step loses people, and none of them is the product. The interesting question was how much of it could be removed.

02/What it does
  • 01

Signup, payment and key delivery entirely within Telegram, no separate account

  • 02

Nodes in the UAE and Russia, on infrastructure we operate rather than resell

  • 03

Weekly and monthly access, priced for a consumer decision rather than a subscription commitment

  • 04

Configuration issued per device, revocable individually

03/Figures

0

Apps to install — the client is a bot conversation

1

Message from first contact to a working configuration

04/What it taught us

Distribution is a design decision. Moving the entire funnel into the channel the customer is already in removed more friction than any amount of optimisation on the pages it replaced.
