From idea to a product that exists
Most ideas die between the conviction and the first paying customer. We take products across that gap — validation, business model, build and launch — and we have done it five times for our own products before doing it for anyone else’s.

Killing it cheaply, or not at all
The first job is to find the assumption that would sink it and test that one. Most ideas can be validated or refuted for a fraction of a build, and we would rather return that answer than invoice for a year of construction.

The model before the product
Who pays, how often, at what margin, and what has to be true at scale for those numbers to hold. A product whose unit economics only work at a volume you will never reach is a hobby with a burn rate.

Build to first revenue
The smallest system that can take real money from a real customer, built on a domain model that will not have to be thrown away at the second stage. Not a throwaway prototype, and not a cathedral.

Find the assumption that kills it, and test that one first.
- Do you take equity instead of fees?
- Occasionally, where the fit is genuine and both sides want the alignment. It is a conversation, not a standing offer, and we will say plainly whether we believe in the thing enough to price it that way.
- How long from idea to launch?
- Validation runs in weeks. A first revenue-taking version is typically three to six months depending on the domain and how much of it is regulated. Anyone quoting a fixed number without hearing the idea is quoting a template.
- What if you conclude the idea does not work?
- We tell you, with the reasoning, and you have spent a fraction of a build to learn it. That outcome is a success of the engagement, not a failure of it.
Each one carries what it is good for, what it is proven on here, and the point at which it stops working. We take no vendor commissions on any of them.

- A WebGL library for real-time 3D that runs in a browser tab with nothing to install.

- A typed layer over JavaScript: shapes are checked when the code is compiled, and erased before it runs.

- React is a JavaScript library that describes an interface as a tree of functions of state, and recomputes the parts of that tree whose state changed.

- A CSS framework whose fourth version has no JavaScript configuration at all — the theme is declared as custom properties inside the stylesheet, and every utility class is generated from those declarations.

- Managed PostgreSQL with an authentication service, file storage and a generated HTTP API in front of it, addressable directly from a browser.

- Prisma is a schema definition language for relational databases that generates a typed client and emits versioned SQL migration files.
- Turborepo
- Turborepo is a task runner for JavaScript monorepos: it reads the dependency graph between packages, runs tasks in the right order, and skips work whose inputs have not changed.

- A test runner that reuses the project's own Vite build configuration, so tests run through the same transform and the same module graph as the application.

- Vite is a development server and build tool: it serves source files as native ES modules while developing, and bundles them with Rollup for production.

- A UAE payment processor, licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE, that takes cards and wallets through a hosted page created by a single API call.
- MDX
- MDX is a format that compiles Markdown into JSX, so a React component can be placed in the middle of a paragraph and rendered as part of the prose.
- Telegram Bot API
- Telegram's programmatic interface: bots that hold a conversation, and web apps that render a full interface inside the chat.
The earlier the better, because the expensive decisions are the ones made before anyone thinks a decision is being made. We will tell you what the smallest version is that would actually answer your question, which is usually smaller than what you came in with.
