Sometimes what is needed is not a project. It is a few hours with someone who will read the situation properly, say what they actually think, and has no incentive to sell you the next phase.
You are probably reading this because:
You need a second opinion on a decision only you can make.
The people who could advise you all have a stake in the answer.
An internal proposal looks convincing and you cannot say why it bothers you.
There is something you cannot discuss inside the company yet.
- 01
One decision, examined
A build-or-buy, a vendor, a technical bet, a partnership, an offer on the table. Bounded, confidential, and answered.
- 02
Reading a proposal or a team
An honest technical and commercial reading of what is in front of you — a vendor's proposal, an internal plan, an acquisition, a hire for a role you cannot yet assess yourself.
- 03
Standing advisory
A retained arrangement for owners who want continuity: someone who already holds the context when the question arrives, rather than a new briefing each time.
- 04
Board and investor preparation
Rehearsing the technical argument before it meets people whose job is to find the hole in it.
- 01
A direct answer, in writing where you want one
- 02
The reasoning, so you can carry the argument yourself
- 03
What would change the answer, stated explicitly
- 04
Confidentiality by default; NDA on request

Advice you cannot act on without us is not advice.
- How is this priced?
- By the session or by retainer, agreed before we start. Private consulting has no delivery attached, so there is no incentive for us to find a project in it — that independence is the product.
- Can it stay entirely confidential?
- Yes. NDA before the first conversation if you prefer, and no reference to the engagement anywhere.
- What if it turns into a project?
- Then we say so, and you are free to take it to anyone. Engaging us for the delivery is never a condition of the advice.
