## What the practice does

We are called in when a company's operating system — data, pricing, process, platform —
has broken or stopped scaling, and we rebuild it as a structure. The work spans five
practices because the problems arrive together: a platform constrains what marketing can
promise, a CRM makes the pipeline invisible, and a strategy cannot be acted on because the
numbers disagree.

- [Crawler census](https://www.datanexus.ae/crawler-census): Every automated client that fetched this site and declared itself, counted by purpose: training crawls, search indexers, SEO tooling, and the fetches made because a person had just asked a question. One small site, recomputed hourly, with what the numbers do not support stated on the page.
